Common questions
Is the download a complete PWA or app-store configuration?
It contains 13 PNG sizes from 16 to 512 pixels, a 16/32/48 favicon.ico and a site.webmanifest listing 192/512 icons. Add correct website paths and other manifest fields yourself; app stores may require additional assets.
Why is the 16-pixel icon unclear when the source looks sharp?
Fine text and thin lines collapse into very few pixels. Use a simple, high-contrast symbol, reduce padding if appropriate and inspect the 16, 32 and 48-pixel versions separately. Large outputs do not automatically optimise small-icon detail.
Can I generate icons from a rectangular logo?
Yes. The logo scales proportionally into a centred square canvas rather than being automatically cropped. Very wide or tall logos may look small; prepare a more compact square composition first and inspect padding and background at small sizes.
