How to use it
Check the required pixel dimensions first; the general tool offers common sizes and custom width and height. Use the composition guides to adjust and confirm the crop for each photo. Automatic face detection provides suggestions only. Change the background only where that option is available and the intended use permits editing. If you use a preset for a specific document, read its official sources and review date; the receiving authority decides whether the photo is acceptable.

Common questions
Are electronic pixel dimensions the same as the printed photo size?
No. The preset prepares a digital JPEG's pixels and file size; printing still needs the applicable physical dimensions, such as 33 × 48 mm. Pixel changes do not verify head proportions, background or capture rules. Check the cited authority and receiving office.
What digital file does this page prepare, and what should I check after failure?
The current preset creates a 354 × 472 JPEG within 20–80 KiB. Check framing and source clarity. If dimensions or minimum file size fail, use a suitable source and review the receiving office’s rules; do not pad the file with meaningless bytes.
