About this tool

Digital PR applications and paper photos use different specifications. This page checks the original JPEG's file properties without cropping or replacing its background; professional photography and other application requirements remain separate.

Common questions

Does passing this check mean my printed photos meet the requirements too?

No. The tool checks JPEG format, pixel dimensions and file size for digital submission. Check printed dimensions, professional photography and required photo details separately for your application route. The original photo is not cropped and its background is not changed.

What does the digital checker inspect besides JPEG, and can it fix failures?

It checks widths of 715–2000 pixels, heights of 1000–2800 pixels and a 4 MiB ceiling. It reports rather than crops or re-encodes. Check your digital submission route and obtain a suitable original from the photographer if a requirement fails.
