How to use
Paste a complete http, https or ftp address. Inspect its host, path, fragment and other components, then edit, add or remove query parameters. Copy the rebuilt URL when ready. The address is parsed locally and never requested.
Repeated parameter names remain separate entries. Query spaces become + and literal plus signs become %2B. The browser normalizes hostnames and default ports. Passwords in URLs stay behind an expandable field. Limits: 64 KiB per URL and 500 parameters.

Why are example.com and /account rejected?
Enter a complete address with http://, https:// or ftp://. A bare hostname or relative path has no base URL in this tool. Parsing and editing do not visit the address, so the result does not confirm whether the destination exists or is reachable.
