About this tool
Send separate chapters by dividing ranges with semicolons. A page can appear in multiple groups, and each generated document can be checked before download.
How to use
Choose a PDF. For page groups, enter ranges such as 1-3;4-6 to create one PDF per group. In one-file-per-page mode, each selected page becomes a PDF; leave the range blank for all pages.
Create up to 200 files and 2,000 output pages from a PDF of up to 64 MiB. Pages may appear in more than one group. Encrypted PDFs are unsupported, forms are flattened and digital signatures lose validity.
Changing files or settings automatically updates the processed result. Switch to the original to compare, then download the PDF you have reviewed. The preview and download use the same file. If inline viewing is unavailable, open the result in a new tab. Use the result selector to review each split file, or download all parts in a ZIP.
Common questions
How do I save pages 1–3 and 4–6 as separate files?
Choose page groups and enter 1-3;4-6. Semicolons separate output documents. One-file-per-page mode saves each selected page separately; multiple results can be downloaded together as a ZIP.
Can a cover page appear in several output files?
Yes. For example, 1,2-4;1,5-7 includes page 1 in both documents. Commas join selections within one output; semicolons separate outputs. Repeated pages count toward the 2,000-page output limit.
How do I check every split document?
Choose an output file, then turn pages or enter a page number to inspect it. Download that file on its own or get all parts in one ZIP. The viewer uses the actual output; if a page cannot be displayed, open the selected PDF directly.
Why is my PDF rejected before splitting?
Encrypted PDFs and unsupported forms cannot be processed. Supply an unencrypted copy you are allowed to edit, within 64 MiB and 2,000 pages. Splitting runs locally and creates at most 200 files.
